Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality protocols
- Procure office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor relationships for operational efficiency
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including equipment setup and orientation materials

Qualifications
