Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data in CRM and ERP systems
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential correspondence
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Support HR functions including onboarding and record management
- Generate reports and presentations using advanced Excel functions
- Oversee office inventory and procurement processes

Qualifications
