Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating complex meetings across time zones
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and edit high-impact documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize digital and physical filing systems, ensuring efficient document retrieval and compliance
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support project coordination by tracking timelines, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating team communication
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional client service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
