- Travel planning and expense report processing for international teams
- Document preparation, editing, and confidential information management
- Office supply inventory control and vendor relationship management
- New employee onboarding coordination and equipment provisioning
- Database maintenance and reporting generation for departmental metrics
- Event planning for quarterly company meetings and client functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Discretion handling sensitive information and executive correspondence
- Experience with scheduling tools (Calendly, Doodle) and travel booking platforms
