- Coordinate front desk operations including visitor greeting, mail processing, and package deliveries
- Handle calendar management for executive team with precision scheduling
- Assist with onboarding logistics including badge preparation and workspace setup
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support digital filing systems with meticulous record-keeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
