Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume executive switchboard calls and video conferences
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and international travel arrangements
- Oversee visitor protocol including badge issuance and meeting coordination
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires and scheduling interviews
- Maintain immaculate reception area presentation and amenities
- Collaborate with IT department on AV equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and polished business presentation
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak business hours
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional off-site errands)
