Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationship coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate logistics for company events, including conference room setup and catering arrangements
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict adherence to data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in corporate or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished professional demeanor
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience with calendar management software (Calendly, Doodle) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration
