- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and routing inquiries
- Coordinate mail distribution, package deliveries, and office supply inventory
- Schedule and maintain conference room reservations
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding documentation
- Maintain professional appearance of reception area
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
