Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greets visitors, screens candidates, and handles mail/deliveries
- Maintains appointment calendar and schedules meetings/conferences
- Processes incoming/outgoing mail and manages office supply inventory
- Performs data entry and maintains digital filing systems
- Assists with light administrative tasks (report formatting, document prep)
- Coordinates office events and manages visitor access protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
