Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate office operations including inventory management and supply ordering
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for executive staff
- Assist with event coordination and weekend client receptions
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and accuracy
- Support cross-departmental projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
