Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including visitor check-in, phone screening, and mail distribution
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting arrangements, and conference room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate company events
- Maintain secure visitor access protocols and confidential information handling
- Collaborate with administrative team on office efficiency initiatives
- Support departmental projects with data entry and document preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
