Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and voicemail management
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics across departments
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional customer service protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and scheduling interviews
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality standards
- Coordinate catering and facilities requests for executive meetings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in executive-level reception or administrative support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
