Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and screen visitors, ensuring professional interactions
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception area appearance and office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and orientation coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Associates degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
