- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across 10+ departments
- Oversee conference room bookings and AV equipment logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain supply inventory and procurement for office needs
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive receptionist or high-level admin experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
