Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling and routing
- Greet and assist patients/visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and security protocols
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document processing
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
