Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct 200+ daily calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and screen visitors in a professional manner, maintaining strict security protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting rooms, and corporate events for 15+ executives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and couriers with 100% accuracy
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor relationships
- Maintain reception area presentation standards including floral arrangements and reading materials
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires with welcome packages and orientation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of corporate receptionist experience in financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Calendly, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual ability preferred
- Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive client information
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting luxury brand standards
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation
