- Assist with onboarding visitors and ensure seamless lobby experiences
- Collaborate with administrative team on office supply inventory and facilities coordination
- Support special projects including event planning and executive communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of corporate reception or executive support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
