Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and assist clients with exceptional hospitality in a high-end lobby setting
- Coordinate complex calendar management for executives and meeting room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous tracking
- Support administrative functions including document preparation and data entry
- Maintain immaculate reception area appearance and inventory of office supplies
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects and event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
