Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 100+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Oversee visitor registration and security protocols
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification
- Minimum 2 years corporate reception/front desk experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of office management software (e.g., Calendly, Asana)
