Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception area including greeting visitors, directing calls, and coordinating deliveries
- Coordinate executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and report compilation
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless office operations and client satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols including visitor badge issuance and access control
- Support special events and corporate functions as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative support experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
