Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes for new employees and coordinate team events
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection policies
- Assist with special projects as directed by senior leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
