Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and logistics for internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document confidentiality
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Serve as primary point of contact for visitors and vendors
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration
- 3+ years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
