Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Expertly manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office and Adobe Suite.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, team building activities, and client meetings, handling logistics from start to finish.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies inventory, process invoices, and ensure the reception area is welcoming and functional.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
