- Oversee travel arrangements and expense reports for executives with global itineraries
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal teams, maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Streamline office operations including supply management, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Implement digital workflow solutions to enhance productivity and information security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience in corporate or professional services
