Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facilities management
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee document management systems ensuring compliance with data security protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
