Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory and vendor management
- Coordinate departmental projects and track deliverables using project management tools
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records
- Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Strong attention to detail with confidentiality and discretion
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
