Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with precision
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Lead onboarding processes and coordinate special projects/events
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive situations
- Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Calendly)
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
