Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and international travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage expense reports, vendor contracts, and procurement processes
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize high-level meetings, corporate events, and board functions
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document security protocols
- Support special projects including market research and data analysis
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification (minimum requirement)
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
