Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Qualifications
