Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting schedules, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive communications with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow
- Coordinate departmental events, meetings, and special projects including vendor management and budget tracking
- Maintain digital filing systems, manage confidential records, and ensure compliance with data security protocols
- Support ad-h administrative tasks including expense reports, office supply management, and process optimization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years administrative support or office coordination experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines
