Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Manage confidential information and sensitive communications with discretion
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Assist with project coordination and deadline tracking for key initiatives
- Conduct research and compile information for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 0-2 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Valid California driver's license preferred
