Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and financial documentation
- Coordinate special projects and events requiring cross-departmental collaboration
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict attention to data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and project management tools (Asana, Trello)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
