Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting logistics
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary point of contact for external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Streamline administrative workflows and implement process improvements
- Act as gatekeeper for executive communications and prioritize competing demands
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven discretion with confidential information and sensitive matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
