Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facility maintenance
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document security compliance
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or professional services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience managing calendars for multiple executives simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
