Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling high-stakes meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries and expense reports
- Prepare executive correspondence, confidential reports, and board presentation materials
- Lead office administration projects including vendor management and facility coordination
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement digital filing systems and optimize document workflows
- Manage departmental budgets and procurement processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive confidential information
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
