Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting schedules, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and events requiring executive involvement
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive teams
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
