- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility management
- Streamline administrative processes and implement efficiency improvements using Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and financial documentation for executive leadership

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in C-suite environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
