Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and prioritize competing demands
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Support departmental projects through research compilation and data analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience coordinating executive-level meetings and events
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
