Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication
- Coordinate departmental meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Oversee office operations, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment
