Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee travel arrangements and expense reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate office operations including supply management and vendor relationships
- Support special projects requiring advanced research and documentation
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Calendly)
