Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting coordination
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with exceptional communication skills
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Streamline administrative workflows using Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary systems
- Lead special projects requiring cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
