- Manage executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and correspondence
- Coordinate logistics for company events, board meetings, and executive functions
- Streamline administrative workflows using digital tools and process optimization

Qualifications
