Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling complex meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Implement and improve administrative systems for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (5+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
