- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and confidential documents with precision
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering requests, and office supply inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure database integrity through regular audits
- Assist with administrative tasks including report generation, document formatting, and calendar management
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires with paperwork processing and orientation
Qualifications
