Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call routing, visitor screening, and mail processing
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and HR systems (50+ records daily)
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics for 15+ staff members
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with office inventory management and supply ordering
- Support administrative projects using Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborate with team on process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 30 WPM typing speed with 95% data entry accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
