- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for documents and correspondence
- Coordinate office logistics including meeting room bookings, supply inventory, and mail processing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation, email management, and calendar coordination
- Support team members with ad-hoc clerical duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications
