The Role
As an Entry Level Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, managing the reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with exceptional phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or person.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for the management team.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to the relevant departments.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, ordering new stock as needed to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Customer Service: Respond to general inquiries via email or in person, providing accurate information and assistance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
