Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the main reception area, greet visitors with a warm smile, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phones professionally, screen incoming calls, take detailed messages, and transfer inquiries accurately.
- Administrative Assistance: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.

Qualifications
