Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, determine their business needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Phone Support: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms and equipment for internal and external meetings.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute packages, and maintain the lobby area to ensure a neat and organized appearance.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management databases with accurate visitor and contact information.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders for necessary items to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or communications is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional receptionist experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
