Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-desk support by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming calls with a professional and helpful demeanor, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Handle email correspondence and route messages to the appropriate team members efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and clients using digital calendars.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized atmosphere at all times.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks to support office operations.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
